This Shipping Policy applies to global shipments (all countries/regions we serve), outlining unified rules for order processing, shipping fees, delivery timelines, customs regulations, and support. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
I. Order Processing Time (Global)
All our metal seals are custom-made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping:
- Standard production time: 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major international holidays)
- Rush production (available worldwide): 1-2 business days (additional $15 rush fee applies; select "Rush Production" at checkout)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UTC+0) will be processed the next business day.
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships (allow 24-48 hours for carrier tracking to update).
II. Global Shipping Rates & Options
We offer simplified, unified shipping for all destinations worldwide, with no regional surcharges (except for remote areas—see Section II.3):

- Eligibility: All orders with a total amount (product price + customization fees, excluding tax/duties) of $95 or more qualify for free standard shipping to any destination worldwide.
- No Exceptions: Free shipping applies to 100+ countries (including U.S., EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, etc.—see checkout for full eligible countries).

Express Upgrade: For free standard shipping orders, you can upgrade to express shipping for an additional20.99(regularexpressfee:29.99).
3. Remote Area Surcharge
- For extremely remote locations (e.g., some Pacific islands, Arctic regions, certain African countries), a one-time $15 remote area surcharge may apply. This fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
- You can check if your location is classified as remote by entering your address during checkout—no hidden fees will be added after order placement.
III. Customs & Tax Information (Global Compliance)
- Tax & Duties: For orders ≤ €150 (EU) / £135 (UK) / $80 (Canada): VAT/tax is included in the checkout price—no additional fees on delivery.
- For orders exceeding the above thresholds, or to countries without tax-inclusive pricing: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. We provide a detailed commercial invoice to facilitate clearance.
- Customs Clearance: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections (varies by country, typically 1-3 business days for standard clearance).
IV. Global Shipping Rules & Requirements
1. Address & Tracking
- Valid Address: Provide a complete, accurate shipping address (including postal code, apartment number, and contact phone number). Incomplete addresses may cause delays or returned packages.
- PO Boxes: Accepted for USPS shipments (U.S./Canada) and select regional carriers—check carrier availability at checkout.
- Address Changes: Request modifications via email ([Your Customer Service Email]) within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, address changes are not guaranteed as orders may enter production/shipping.
- Global Tracking: All orders include free end-to-end tracking (track via DHL/UPS/FedEx/USPS website using your tracking number).
2. Delivery & Package Handling
- Delivery Attempts: Carriers will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at a local depot for 5-7 business days (you will receive a notification via email/SMS with collection details).
- Lost/Undelivered Packages: Report missing packages within 30 days of shipping. We will file a carrier claim and offer a full refund or replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
- Damaged Packages: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging—we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
V. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
- Prohibited Countries: We do not ship to countries under U.S./UN sanctions (e.g., Iran, North Korea, Syria) or where metal seal imports are restricted (check local regulations before ordering).
- Package Specifications: Standard orders weigh 0.5-2 lbs (0.2-0.9 kg) and measure ≤ 12" x 8" x 4" (30x20x10 cm)—no oversized fees apply.
